As solar professionals, we state that servicing a solar power system is the same as servicing your car.

Why? Solar power produces lethal voltages. Components are exposed to the Australian climate all year round.

You need to make sure your system is safe and working properly.

Not only that - but manufacturers state that servicing is required, and insurance policies also state that servicing of solar systems is required to maintain a valid home insurance policy.

Yes. Home insurance & landlord policies require you service your solar power system.

What this means is that in the event of damage caused by your solar power system to your house, your insurer has every right to ask you for the servicing documentation. If you cannot produce this, your insurer has every right to deny your claim for insurance leaving you potentially exposed to costly repairs.

This is an unacceptable risk you should not take.

It depends on your system type, however the manufacturers literature generally states yearly servicing. That's why our solar basic plan includes yearly servicing as standard.

We service your first full service in the 3rd month of when you sign up. If you have a system problem that needs looking at immediately you can take advantage of our half price call out.

We service Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, the Bay, and the Hunter out to Scone.

This membership is valid for all residential properties, up to 30 panels.

f you have over 30 panels, your price will be determined on an individual basis.

Commercial properties excluded.

We keep this pricing tier to be fair and keep prices as low as possible.

Any access where we can't reach with our standard extension ladder will attract further costs.

If you system is in a diabolical state because you haven't maintained it at all - it may attract a further cost to bring it up to standard. However, we will speak to you first about this if it is the case.
