What happens when you call
You'll get one of us, not a call centre and not a salesperson working to a script. The first conversation is short: what you're paying now, what's on your roof already if anything, whether you're thinking about a battery, and roughly what you want the system to do. That's usually enough for us to tell you whether it's worth going further.
If it is, we book a site visit. We look at the roof properly — aspect, condition, shading, how the tiles or sheeting are holding up — and we open the switchboard, because that's where most of the surprises live in Newcastle homes. We'll also ask for a recent bill, since your usage pattern matters more than your roof size when it comes to sizing a battery.
Then you get a written quote with the system, the hardware, the incentives applied and the total to pay after them. Any switchboard work needed is in that number, not added later as a variation. If we don't think the job stacks up for you, we'll say so.
Where we work
We're based in Hamilton North and install right across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Maitland, Cessnock, Port Stephens and the wider Hunter. Being local isn't a marketing line — it's the reason we can get to a site quickly to quote, and the reason it's our own crew that comes back if something needs attention after handover.
Everything is done by our in-house licensed electricians. We don't subcontract installs, so the people who quoted your job are the people on your roof, and the workmanship is ours to stand behind.
