We quote the SMILE configuration by exact inverter and 13.99 kWh battery module. One or two modules provide 13.99 or 27.98 kWh nominal capacity. The written quote states the M5/M10 inverter variant, backup limits and the warranty document applying to the exact battery SKU.

We currently build GoodWe ESA systems with 8 kWh usable battery modules. The written design names the exact 8.3 kWh nominal / 8.0 kWh usable module and compatible inverter. GoodWe's 63 A figure is grid bypass on relevant models; it is not 63 A of battery-powered backup.

OCEAN 2 Plus single phase or OCEAN 2 three phase · 8.03 kWh nominal modules
We currently build OCEAN 2 systems with EcoFlow's 8.03 kWh nominal module. Single-phase Plus and three-phase OCEAN 2 are different inverter families, so the quote names the phase, inverter rating, module count, usable-capacity basis and backed-up circuits. The published 8 kWh battery warranty is 10 years standard with an optional five-year extension; the quote states whether that extension is included.
Product detailsWe check your existing inverter, panel array, phase supply and switchboard first. Some systems suit an AC-coupled battery beside the current inverter; others are better replaced with a hybrid inverter. Older Newcastle switchboards sometimes need work before a battery can connect.
Our own licensed electricians mount the battery, wire it into the switchboard, set up any backup circuits you've chosen, commission the system and show you the monitoring app. We handle the rebate paperwork for eligible systems.

Installed price depends on the battery model, usable capacity, inverter, phase and switchboard work. Our online estimator shows the installed price, each rebate as a separate line, and the total after incentives for AlphaESS, GoodWe and EcoFlow configurations before you speak to anyone.
Eligible batteries can receive federal Cheaper Home Batteries certificates (STCs): the first 14 kWh of usable capacity gets the full factor, 14 to 28 kWh 60%, and 28 to 50 kWh 15%. The NSW Peak Demand Reduction Scheme can add a further incentive for an eligible battery, which our estimator calculates at $40 per usable kWh up to 28 kWh.
No. The NSW Home Energy Saver zero-interest loan of up to $15,000 is repayable finance, approved and provided by a participating lender. It can reduce what you pay upfront, but it doesn't lower the price of the system.
