Solar & batteries in Aberglasslyn
Aberglasslyn is almost entirely new estate housing, which makes it one of the easiest areas we work in and one of the best suited to batteries. Colorbond roofs, modern switchboards, three-phase in many builds, and young families with heavy evening usage.
What matters in Aberglasslyn
- Near-new Colorbond roofs mean fast, clean installs with no tile risk.
- Switchboards are modern, so storage goes in without an upgrade in most cases.
- Three-phase builds allow higher-output battery configurations than single-phase homes.
- Young family households peak hard in the evening — the exact pattern storage is designed for.
- Forty minutes from the workshop, on the same run as Rutherford.

“I recently had Newy Solar Co install a 48 kWh solar battery system together with 13.5 kW of roof-mounted solar panels, and I couldn't be happier with the result. From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient and exceptionally clean… I was also very impressed with the price. I would have no hesitation in recommending Newy Solar Co to anyone considering solar and battery storage.”
