Chisholm is one of the newest parts of the Maitland corridor, and it shows on the roofs: big single-storey and two-storey homes built to current standards, Colorbond almost everywhere, and a fair number of properties already on three-phase supply. Those are the easiest homes in the Hunter to put a well-sized system on, and the ones where a battery pays for itself fastest because the household load is high and mostly after dark.
